Hey! This is Esha. I'm a CS student at Columbia University dedicated to building AI solutions for humanity. I recently finished my PM internship at Microsoft Digital ↗, where I worked on agentic evaluations and a cloud migration tool.

Building things came naturally to me but figuring out how to grow them didn't. So last year I took 6 months off of school to see how two companies scale up close: 3 months at Retro, 3 months at Paradigm. Now I'm bringing my background in building and marketing into product management.

Outside of work, you'll find me working on my at-home jasmine tea brewing setup ☕︎, spending a little too much time on SR 9 ➤, or jamming to Daniel Caesar ツ.
